The workout
Participants complete 8 workout stations, one exercise per station. At each station you have 3 minutes to complete the maximum reps or maximum distance for the designated exercise, with 1 minute to move between stations. Total workout time is 31 minutes including transitions. Individuals complete every station themselves; for Doubles, both team members take part in each station and the split is up to you. Tap any station above for the demo video and rep standards.
The schedule
Scoring
For each workout station you are awarded points based on your ranking within your division. The goal is the lowest total score: place 1st in a station and you earn 1 point. Example: rank 1st in Wall Balls (1 pt), 4th on the Sled (4 pts) and 2nd on the Row (2 pts) and you sit on 7 points: beating an athlete with 3rd, 3rd and 3rd (9 points). Lowest total wins. You'll be assigned one judge who stays with you for all 8 stations. In case of a tie, the winner is decided by total distance accumulated in the run, ski and row stations.
