At GymNation, we've never thought the best ideas come from the top down. They come from the people who actually live this: the trainers, the members, the late-night designers, the agency creatives sneaking something brilliant between client briefs.

There's no specific brief. It's open to your imagination. Whatever you think would make a great campaign or a brilliant piece of creative work.

1. Who can enter? 
Anyone, anywhere. Agencies, freelance creatives, design students, GymNation members, your cousin who's "really good at Photoshop." If you've got an idea, you're eligible.

2. Is there an entry fee? 
No. Free to enter, free to win.

3. Can I submit more than one design? 
Yes, submit as many concepts as you like. Just send them as separate entries so we can judge each on its own merit.

4. Are there any creative guidelines? 
A few light ones:

- Use the GymNation logo somewhere (provided in the asset pack)
- Keep it on-brand-ish, navy and gold are our colours, but you're not locked to them if your concept calls for something different
- It needs to work as a billboard, readable from a distance, one clear message, no dense paragraphs of text
- Family-friendly. Bold is good, offensive isn't.

Beyond that? Go wild. Funny, emotional, weird, sharp, we want to see what you'd actually put up there.

5. Can it be in Arabic, English, or both? 
Yes to all of the above. Bilingual concepts are a plus given our region, but not required, submit in whichever language fits your idea best.

6. What format should I submit in? 
PNG or JPG mockup of your design placed on the blank billboard photo. Add a short paragraph (2–3 sentences) explaining the concept if it helps.

7. Do I need to be a professional designer?
Nope. We're judging the idea as much as the execution. A killer concept roughly mocked up beats a polished design with nothing to say.

8. Who owns the design?
By submitting your entry, you grant GymNation full ownership and unlimited usage rights to your design across any and all media, billboards, digital, social, print, in-club, and any future formats, in perpetuity, worldwide, with no additional fees. You'll be credited as the creator and celebrated across our channels, but the design becomes part of the GymNation brand.

9. When's the deadline?
18th May 2026, 23:59 GST.

10. When does the winner go live?
On National Billboard Day, full date and city to be announced once the shortlist drops.
